ROYALMAIL 1st Class UK - Mainland Post
On small value orders of up to about 500 grams,we offer a standard 1st class Royal Mail delivery option for most, but not all,products within Mainland UK (excluding islands and outerreaches). Delivery is not guaranteed and does not need to be signed for.
Samples and swatches will normally be sent by this method and will becharged at a fixed rate of £2.50.
The ratesare as follows:
£2.50 for up to about 500 grams
Ordersmust be received no later than 2:00pm on any working day in order to bedespatched that same day. (Subject to Stock availability)
Delivery is subject to Royal Mail's standards andmay take several days.
Anyone opting for this service, ifavailable, does so at their own risk.
COURIER - UK Mainland only
There is a fixed charge of£4.95 for a delivery by courier.
This service is limited to Mainland UK only and excludes Scottish and Northern islands and any other islands.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on any working day in order to bedespatched that same day. (Subject to Stock availability).
PRE 12:00 - NEXT WORKINGDAY COURIER - England & Wales only
There is a minimum charge of £8.95 for a PRE12:00 noon next working day delivery by courier.
This service islimited to England and Wales only.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on any working day in order to bedespatched that same day. (Subject to Stock availability).
PRE 10:00 - NEXT WORKING DAY COURIER - England & Wales, excluding TR, PL and SY Postcodes
There is a minimum chargeof £10.95 for a PRE-10:00am next working day delivery by courier.
This serviceis limited to England and Wales only and EXCLUDES postcodes of TR, PL andSY.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on any working day in order to bedespatched that same day. (Subject to Stock availability).
SAME WORKING DAY COURIER - Specific London Areas Only
There is a minimum charge of 45.00 for SAMEWORKING DAY delivery by courier.
This service is limited to the London Congestion ChargeZone only and is subject to availability.
Orders must be received no later than12:00 noon on any working day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY - UK Mainland Only
There is a minimum charge of £16.50 for SATURDAY delivery by courier.
This service is limited to UK Mainland areas only and excludes Scottish and Northern islands and any other islands.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on THURSDAY fordelivery on Saturday to Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Orders must be received no laterthan 2:00pm on FRIDAY for delivery on Saturday to all other parts of MainlandUK.

DELIVERY TO OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD
Charges to other parts of the world start at £10.95 plus VAT and will be subject to the estimated weight and volume of the order.

Delivery charges and times will vary from country to country.
COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
Orders may be collected direct from our warehouse in Loudwater,Bucks, without incurring any handling charge.

Delivery charges are allsubject to vat and are excluded from any discount calculation.

Working days are classed as Monday toFriday and exclude Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time willgenerally not be despatched until the next working day.
All courier deliveries must be signed for andthe courier may arrive earlier than expected.
Orders will not be delivered to PO Box And BFPO addresses.
